Professional Web Hosts

Orgfree (Free and Paid)
A pretty good host with plenty of space and features. I've used it before. It offers pretty much everything you need for a good website.

1ASPHost (Free and Paid)
Very nice if not simple host, with a spiffy online unzipping capability. They do not have any add-ons, however.

FreeWebs (Free and Paid)
A perfect host for starters, FreeWebs offers a lot of things that'll be easy to manipulate for the beginners. They also have raw HTML accounts for more advanced users. Even so, I only recommend Freewebs if you're starting out. Otherwise, a different host is much better.

Bravenet (Free and Paid)
A good host with plenty of features. They also offer free widges and resources that can be very useful. Their free service comes with ads, however.

FreeWebSpace
A host offering a nice amount of space with upgrades.

Forums

InvisionFree
InvisionFree has to be one of the most popular forum services. I highly recommend it. The control panel is easy to get used to, and you are able to customize the CSS.

ZetaBoards
Made by the same people as InvisionFree, ZetaBoards is a different software but not quite unlike it. It has many features and fully customizable themes. Highly recommended.

Forumer
A good, free forum host that offers free phpBB hosting and free IPB hosting.

Hit Counters/Online Users

Fast Online Users
A simple, easy to use counter with no ads. I recommend this one. Power-Counter
Free hit counters with different styles to choose from. Easy-Hit-Counters
Nice hit counter with loads of different styles, ranging from big to small.

Website Javascript

Dynamic Drive
A site that offers loads of free Javascript material - it's extremely useful and fun, but make sure not to overload your sites with these.

Polls

Pollhost
Simple, easy-to-make polls.

Pollcode
This is very easy to use, and no sign-up is required. Useful for quick polls.

Free Oekaki

NineChime Software
Downloadable oekakis with no ads, but they do not host it. You must install it yourself, though.

Free Tagboards

Free-Tagboard
Simple, editable tagboard with customizable colors and smilies.

Cbox
Free chatbox with a link ad. Creating an account is easy and the chatbox is simple yet customizable. Recommended.
